RayvenWolfe
I'm trying to get the trial version so I can test it out. I've made the Affinity account, got the key, but it won't give me the download link because it says I have to confirm my email. I've resent it 3 times now but I have yet to receive the confirmation email. I have checked all the spam/junk folders as well as my quarantine. An email message did come through thanking me for downloading (which I haven't been able to do) so I know serif.com isn't blocked and I know I typed the correct email address. Any ideas? Staff StevenS Posted July 1, 2019 Staff Share Posted July 1, 2019 Hi @RayvenWolfe, Welcome to the Affinity forum. Sorry to hear that you are having issues getting your account created. I am not seeing an unverified account registered to the email address you are using for your forum account, so I presume it is a different email address. Could you please contact the team using affinity@serif.com, letting us know the details of the account and we will see what we can do. Ashalynn
I have requested the 90-day trial from Affinity Photo, and your system said it sent me an email with the download link and product keys, but I haven't received anything. When I tried again, your system said I had already signed up for the trial. Help.

Also, for me, Gmail put the trial email into the Promotions category, not the standard Inbox.
