Can't get purchased copy of Publisher

Hi @Elisabeth Dargie,

To login to your account, please head to the Affinity website and enter your email address along with your password within the relevant fields, and then click Sign In.
 
If you’re unsure of your password, please select the Forgot Password? option and enter your email address. Then select the Reset Password option. This will send you an email to the email address previously specified for you to reset; follow the steps within this email.
 
Once you’re in your Affinity Account, please select your name in the top right-hand corner of the page. This should supply you with six options, one of which is Downloads & Product Keys - Select this option now.
 
On this page, you will see a list of your orders along with a Download Purchase button associated with each. Click the button next to the relevant order to start the download.

Any spelling or grammatical errors found in the above post are deliberate and included to boost the self-esteem of those who spot them.

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums, Felipe. Sorry you're having trouble.

If you ordered from Serif directly, you should have an email giving the order confirmation information. You should check it and make sure that you purchased it using the same email address you're using to login to the Affinity Store now to get the download. You should also confirm that you ordered Publisher, and not one of the other applications.

Also, if you pre-ordered Publisher, you would have gotten an email when it became available, with a button to click to sign in to the Affinity Store using the correct ID.

If you confirm that you're using the correct email address to sign in to the Affinity Store, and you still don't see it available for download, then you should probably email AffinityOrders@serif.com and let them help you via email.
