mmuller
Very short time in Publisher with Photo, but cannot for the life of me find out how to bring my Photo plugins across? Is this a bug?
Roberto1972
Probably depends on how you look at it: I suspect the option is there because you're in the Photo persona but it is unlikely Serif finished off the actual implementation. Plugins never, or at least not in the last decade, had high priority so with the LOADS of work involved with getting Publisher up and running I bet they kept a few unmentioned features aside for future updates. I bet, assume, think, etc. isn't much helpful, I know but at least I can confirm the list of Plugins is not showing up whatever I try. Also, in the prefs I cannot find anything related to plugins like setting the plugin folder(s). If using linked images in your Publisher document it might not affect your workflow too much at all really: having ('the real') Affinity Photo also running in the background you can edit the images as you like and save. From there Publisher should be able to reflect the image changes pretty instantly (either automatically or manually). At least it's a core DTP feature and could be done with PagePlus. Haven't tested it yet, though. Frankly still being overwelmed by Publisher during only a few relatively short exploring sessions :-P Roberto

Closing and opening the .afpub file works but I'm not sure if an externally edited graphic file will be automatically updated.
