flex9050
Installed the 1.7 update and I am having a problem with the blemish removal tool sampling random areas on my photo, or sometimes leaving a blurred dot. I have included an example of the blurred dot.
Ron P.
I've came across this at various times. I've leaned toward using the InPainting tool, for removing most things. Have you tried using it? It seems to work better if the brush size is kept to just a little larger than the blemish/object you are wanting to remove. I just tried using the Blemish tool on an image of my pup in the same area as yours is showing and had no luck. Switched to the In Painting tool and still it took a few clicks to get a satisfactory result. Quote Affinity Photo 2.5..; Affinity Designer 2.5..; Affinity Publisher 2.5..; Affinity2 Beta versions. Staff Chris B Posted July 1, 2019 Staff Share Posted July 1, 2019 I can't reproduce this in the most recent beta. Is this still affecting you flex9050?
