Nice overview.

Sorry to nit-pick but the tool you refer to as "the Pen" when talking about Sculpt Mode, is actually the Pencil.

Also, you can apply a brush stroke to a line drawn with the pencil, or use the pencil to re-sculpt a line drawn with the Vector Brush tool.
