William Allen
After installing version 1.7 of Photo half my plugins are not working. Luminar Flex and Aurora 2018 no longer strat up (but Photo does not crash). Worse is that Portrait Pro 18 Studio, Portrait Pro Body and Landscape Pro all carsh Affinity Photo 1.7. These all worked perfectly under previous versions. These filters are important to my workflow and I may have to revert to Photoshop if you do not fix this quickly. Staff Chris B Posted June 10, 2019 Staff Share Posted June 10, 2019 Hey William Allen, The only thing that I know of that changed regarding plugins is that we now deliver an ICC profile. It would seem a lot of plugins have stopped working as a result. I must make it clear that we only officially support two plugins from the Nik collection. However, I believe we intend to look into this as it has affected a lot of our users—despite the plugin not officially being supported. RichardM
This is not something that is explained very clearly when purchasing the programme. Maybe a good idea to do so??
Staff MEB Posted November 15, 2021 Staff Share Posted November 15, 2021 Hi @RichardM, Chris reply is quite old (from 2019). A lot has passed since then. Can you give us more details about the issues you experiencing, what Nik Collection version are you running as well as your Affinity Photo version and OS please? I'm assuming you are running Windows as this bug section is for that OS. Thank you. Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
