Beta .118 clarity live filter artefact

The newest .118 Beta make a big white stripe on top of the picture, I believe its the same problem with the gaussian blur preserve alpha option unchecked.

I am seeing a two-three pixel fade at the sides of the image. The effect with the gaussian blur with preserve alpha checked unchecked is much more noticeable and larger. While it is not a big problem here (two-three pixels over 3465x5202 pixels) it is a definite bug.
