jc4d
Hi all, I noticed that if I drag any image from the explorer, or Adobe Bridge or anywhere to my current document, the new dragged layer is not selected. Is this an intended behavior? Cheers, Juan
Staff Chris B Posted March 29, 2019 Staff Share Posted March 29, 2019 Hey Juan, The release doesn't do it either so it's either by design or an oversight. Are there any benefits to it pre-selecting the layer once you've dragged it? I'm just curious in case we feel like we should check with dev How to format a bug report | Learning Resources | List of V2 FAQs | YouTube Tutorials
jc4d
Hi Chris B, When I drag a picture to my current document is because I need it in that specific moment to move it, scale it, or any other transformation, and that's why I think keeping the new dragged layer is very important. For example when doing archviz, we need to drag and drop crazy amount of entourage (people, birds, vegetation, etc) and every time we drag and drop one we just move it and scale it right away since is the object that we need to work on in that specific moment, but then we realize that we were modifying the layer bellow .
