Madmix Posted February 8, 2019 Posted February 8, 2019 Hi, in Adobe Indesign you can use every form or mask to fill with an image. In Affinity Publisher you only have a Picture Frame Retangle. You can convert it to curves, but this is very laborious to get the form you need/want. For me, this is a "must have" feature and without this function as Indesign has, I would not purchase affinity publisher. Or am I missing something and I can do the same with publisher? Quote

Madmix Posted June 4, 2019 Author Posted June 4, 2019 Does it supports masks in the meantime? Thanks in advance Quote

Look for the little icon at the bottom of the layers panel: d. Madmix 1 Quote Affinity Suite on Windows (V2) and iPad (V2). Beta testing when available. Madmix Posted June 4, 2019 Author Posted June 4, 2019 Thank you. Would be nice if you could use a brush for transparent masks Quote

Indeed, APub does not have a brush tool and masks are of limited use for now. d. Madmix 1 Quote Affinity Suite on Windows (V2) and iPad (V2). Beta testing when available.
