Michail
When I place an image using the "Replace image" button, I can choose between "Embeded Picture" and "Link Picture". If I place an image using the Place Image Tool or the menu, these options do not exist. Is that intentional?

All images replaced with the "Replace image" button will be embedded, whichever option you choose, and it does not matter if they were previously "linked" or your document policy is set to "prefer linked" Note: Both the current versions of Affinity Photo and Designer will also give you the option to embed or link an image if you use the "Replace image" button and as none of these applications support linked images (as yet) then this appears to be a invalid/meaningless option at this time. To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. If any of "my" posts are wrong or appear to be total b*ll*cks they are the ones generated by the AI. If correct they were probably mine. I apologise for any mistakes made by my AI - I'm sure it will improve with time.

We can hopefully hope to see a solution in one of the next betas d. Michail 1 Affinity Suite on Windows (V2) and iPad (V2). Beta testing when available.
