How can I make the correct placement in Affinity publisher for a flyer like uploaded images?

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums

It is not possible to create these folding documents using the current beta version, but I would expect the ability to have more than 2 pages per spread to be added later.

I’d suggest you create your front and back spreads and place vertical guides to mark the folds.

Trifold are easy enough like Adam says. Same with most all folding documents. 

Though I have and use InDesign from time to time, which can use 3 or more pages of different widths, I rarely use that capability. I usually just create a document of the desired size and place the guides.
