How can a selections change into path（pen tool）？

Which App are you in Affinity Designer, Affinity Photo or Affinity Publisher?

Why don't you just use the shape tool to create a rectangular path?

This is not yet available in Affinity apps, only the opposite (transforming a path into a selection). It's on Designer's roadmap to be added during the 1.x cycle of the app as a free update.

Press ⌘ (cmd) (CTRL if you are using Windows) and click there layer's thumbnail in the Layers panel to create a selection from the layer content.
