Can someone please help me? I'd like the lines in the pdf to look like the lines in the png. It seems as if the pen styles I'm using are not translating vey well.

When I reopen the odf in AD, they are editable as vectors, but I think it would be sweet If I didn't have to redraw each illustration twice.

Hi Smokie1019,

I spotted an issue earlier today to do with these strokes changing when exported to vector formats - I'll try to get this fixed as soon as possible - I though this used to work, so I think I've broken something :(  I'm sincerely sorry about this and will fix it asap. Please accept my apologies in the meantime :(

Many thanks,

Matt

Thank you for the compliment.

It might help with the fix if I post my solution.

I put each of the figures on a different layer, then select all the lines in each layer, in node format and make sure the brush icon is selected. In the document setup, I selected the devices instead of print, and the width and height in which this digital comic will be shown.

Perhaps the issue is that The document is resizing the work to fit an 8.5x11 format instead of 1800px2600p, I dunno. I do know the lines translate better with little adjustments when I do this.

When I purchased this app, I began reworking my pen and ink comics into digital by re-illustrating the in AD. To be able to zoom in at 600% and still see a sharp line is a dream come true. I've also used this app for 11x14 posters for a local dog show, people were getting their face within inches of the posters- I don't think they've ever seen such clear printing possibilities.

i understand in using the beta, there are going t be issues, butI don't know if this a beta issue, or an issue on my end, as it was fixable by my adjusting the drawing.

Thank you again.
