MickRose
At the moment if you shift click one of the CMYK slider adjustments in a fill panel then all 4 sliders start moving at some point towards their extremes of 0,0,0,0 to 100.,100,100,100. This is not particularly useful because the colour can change hue dramatically. The way that Indesign works is that only non zero colours move (proportionately) so you can easily make a colour lighter or darker and this is very useful. Alfred
If I want to make a colour lighter or darker, I simply switch to HSL mode and move the L slider. Is there a downside to this approach that I haven't thought of? MickRose
You're right, I've just discovered that. In which case I'm not sure how useful shift clicking is. Quote Windows 10 Pro, I5 3.3G PC 16G RAM
Eugene Tyson
I like the way this works though. InDesign it won't allow it to go any further. Interesting.
