mike21
I have just installed the latest beta to replace the previous version and, when using the flood select tool I keep getting a "not responding", and then coming back. I want to revert to the non-beta version but how do I download it without paying again. I did not have this problem with the previous beta version. walt.farrell
You have both the beta and the retail version installed. If you don't want to use the beta then you simply run the retail version instead. You have both of them in the Windows Start menu. So, "reverting to the non-beta" is simply running the other version that you have installed. If you mean that you want to revert to the prior beta that you had installed, I'm not sure how you do that, currently. Staff Callum Posted August 21, 2018 Staff Share Posted August 21, 2018 Hi Mike21, The beta version wont overwrite your paid for version to roll back to a previous beta uninstall the one you currently have and see if you still have an older .EXE in your downloads folder. mike21
Thank you. I have uninstalled the problem beta and found a February version of the stable program, installed that and then I was able to upgrade to the latest version.
