I can open the EPS with Illustrator without problem and save as PDF and open again in AD as vector. Maybe I have misunderstood something, but if you want to convert all the eps vector layers into a single pixel layer, just open the eps file in Affinity Designer, select the top level "(Layer)" in the layers panel, & from the Layer menu select "Rasterize..." (or right click on the layer & choose "Rasterize..." from there). I was confused because I thought he said he wanted to "open as image." BTW, it is probably a violation of Shutterstock's licensing rights to post the file in vector format to a public forum like this one.
