Does anyone know where I can download copic markers?

Do you mean the Copic colour palette?

Or a brush that simulates the look of a Copic (other brands are available) marker?

@Frankentoon generously offered some marker brushes recently in this tutorial…

Here is the Copic® Sketch Markers Color Library swatch with all the numbers and names of the markers that you can import into Affinity Photo/Designer.
