Paul-H
Hi all I am trying to move over to Affinity Photo from Photoshop but one thing has got me stumped and I needs some help I print my photos at home on a Epson Inkjet printer using custom ICC profiles and my monitor is also profiled and in Photoshop what i see on the screen i see in the print, thst is they are a very good match. In Affinity Photo, although I have used all the same printer settings and in Affinity on the print dialog I believe I have the correct settings, ie App controls colour and in the colour management window I select my custom profile and even though the image looks correct when I soft proof with the same profile, when I send it to print the colours are miles off. So obviously I am doing something wrong, what's the correct way to set up Affinity to print with custom profiles. Thanks for any help with this Paul
Fixx
You define in Colour Preferences just work spaces, not print profiles. In print dialog select Color Matching, Color Sync, Profile (select from list. If profile is not available, select Other profile.. and select from that list.) littledetails

Just to make sure, in case it's not obvious: you need to hide or delete the soft-proofing layer before you send the photo to the printer. If you forget to do that you'll get incorrect results. Also, are you using Windows or Mac? Paul-H
Yep I am hiding the soft proof layer before printing and I am on Windows so no colour sync option as that's a Mac thing

Less
Can anyone please tell me where you put your icc profiles when using Mac (Mojave 10.14), as I cannot see my profiles when using Affinity Photo. I purchased this application in the hope of using my custom profiles when printing. There is a problem in PS using Mojave and my Epson 2100 such that the images will not print. I was hoping Affinity might fix this issue. Am I mistaken?
