Why can't I see the rules and Code to join Facebook groups

Recommended Posts

I am trying to join certain Affinity Facebook groups, which ask for a code supposedly found in the "rules" on the website "affinity-group.community." When I go there, and click on Rules, they do not show therefore there is no "red letter code" to be found! This is pretty ridiculous, honestly. I've been using Affinity avidly since they first came out.  I have attached snapshots of both the Affinity site (that's supposed to have the code), and the FB page popup window. What the heck?!?! Help please, as I would very much like to join these groups as a long time loyal customer should be treated.

Obviously very amateur, I tried to get on to ask a question before I bought the software but won't bother now.

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums.

Tried to get on to that unofficial Facebook group? If so, you might try the official one, or simply ask your question here (also an official support mechanism for the Affinity products).
