Plasmazone
Just bought Affinity Photo. Simple question: Once I have made changes to a JPEG how do I save it back to a JPEG without going though the affinity management extension - i.e. CtrlS in PS? Thanks, Paul
Staff Callum Posted January 5, 2017 Staff Share Posted January 5, 2017 Hi Paul, Welcome to the Forums :) If you go to File > Export you should see the option for JPEG! Staff MEB Posted January 5, 2017 Staff Share Posted January 5, 2017 Hi Plasmazone, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) If you do a File ▸ Save (CTRL +S) Affinity should overwrite the JPG you have opened. Isn't this working for you? Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
Graphix_Guy82
I am wanting to know the same. Every time I save, its always a .afphoto file. I want to upload a photo I edit to FB and after hitting {CTRL+S}, it won't overwrite it.

The (default) command is cmd#alt+opt+s for EXPORT to all relevant formats. " I want to upload a photo I edit to FB and after hitting {CTRL+S}, it won't overwrite it." AP isnt osx/google/FB/evernote/icloud...-photos and thats good so. Al this special-librarys-services try to addict you... In 5 years there is no oiginal pic on your system, only in dacloud.... And then the cloud will start to cost! Am i paranoid? Quote OSX 12.5 / iMac Retina 27" / Radeon Pro 580X / Metall: on! --- WWG1WGA WW!
