Final output different in Flickr & Facebook

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I have observed that the files uploaded in Flickr & facebook looks completely different from the one exported after post processing in affinity.

May I know the reason for such variance and the way to minimize the same ?

I am a serious hobbyist and is putting a dent on my followings and future goals.

Regards

Mayukh

Hi Mayukh,

Do you mean the colour rendition looks different? If that's the case, can you just check what colour profile you're editing in? (It will be listed after the document resolution on the top toolbar). Is it listed as sRGB or something else?

Hello James,

Yea you are right. The color rendition is different as well as the contrast. I am shooting in sRGB.
