.35 Expand strokes produce artifacts

Expanding strokes very often result in unpredictable shapes.

 

Here i have expanded my icon 3 different times, and it produced 3 different bad results:
(It's in outline mode so its easier to see, the top center is the original obviously.

Hey Highvoltage, can you attach that document for me? I always seem to get the same result each time. What build are you on? Cheers.

  Hi i cant find that file now, but i have made an even simpler to test.

 

After expanding it should look like this:

Notice how 2  instances have different errors, and the 3rd has no artifacts.

 

The small icons are bad too, but you have to zoom in to see the errors.

Perfect, thanks Highvoltage. I'll pass this over. I noticed changing where the object is placed causes different results.
