Double-click the Fill swatch in the Colour panel In the Colour Chooser dialog that pops up, the colour well and the eyedropper are cut off. Not seeing that here Alfred AD 1.5.0.11 1920x1080 screen resolution. Windows 10 Pro (1607 Build 14393.51).
