Hi @Laganama,

Many thanks for the report.

I've reproduced this, it's due to the layer on the master page. If you move the objects out of that you should be able to disable facing pages without encountering a crash.

I'll get this logged

An issue raised in this thread ("Crash disabling facing pages if document has a layer on the master page") has now been reported to the developers by the testing team (Ref: AF-5709). Thank you very much for reporting this issue to us.

Hi @Jon P, many thanks for your help. This bug probably also causes the cras when generating DML from this layout. When I moved objects from the layout, the generating started working.

Previous versions were also affected so there is not much point. You would have to go back a number of builds I think, and that would reintroduce different (possibly worse) issues for you

The issue "Crash disabling facing pages if document has a layer on the master page" (REF: AF-5709) has been fixed by the developers in the latest beta build (2.6.0.3089). The fix is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
Customer beta builds are announced here and you can participate by following these instructions.
If you still experience this problem once you are using that build version (or later) please reply to this thread including @Affinity Info Bot to notify us.
