Lieven Posted July 20, 2016 Share Posted July 20, 2016 Windows 8.1, Designer 1.5.0.6 When i export selected objects to EPS without background everthing seems fine. When i export the same drawing with layer-effects (fi glow) applied, the EPS export without background is incorrect. Part of the background is white and not transparent. Chris_K Posted July 20, 2016 Share Posted July 20, 2016 HI Lieven This is due to the EPS format. EPS is unable to support gradual transparency, it's either 100% or 0%. Therefore the parts where the effect extend beyond the shape have to have a solid background to display the effect., It can't just fade into the transparent background like you can do with other file formats.
