Hello @Akhil Thomas and welcome to the forums.

I cannot confirm the bug. But I assume that you have set something other than Pressure in the conditions under Size Jitter in the Dynamics tab of the brush settings dialog.

I have set all the parameters right 

yet no result, also the brush tool is taking no dynamic for all the other jitter in dynamics when using a pen tablet as well

Which graphics tablet do you use? Do you use different profiles in the settings program of the graphics tablet?

I use Huion 19 Pro, I tried all profiles result is the same 

one more thing I am also not able to use the Windows Ink option for my graphic tablet, when I select Windows Ink it does not function properly I have to select the high-precision option both for affinity photo and designer

Try switching off Force Pressure in the context toolbar.  In Designer you do not have it set

Could you try disabling Hardware Acceleration in Photo 2 under Settings -> Performance, restart and then trying again?

Could you also perhaps try a different brush in Photo, and max out the size jitter % and ensure the controller is set to 'Pressure' in the Dynamics tab?

I disabled hardware acceleration tried different brushes and maxed out size jitter. There is no change it is the same result.
