Fail to add files in affinity's assets panel

Have you resized or rescaled that Artboard?

Can you recreate the problem if you make a new document, with a new Artboard? Make sure you do not change the size of the Artboard, then create your text, make it an Asset, and drag it back. Does it still change?

In this instance, it's not related to resizing the Artboard but simply changing the Artboard DPI before adding the Assets to the Assets panel when using a document unit other than pixels...

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a 72 dpi Artboard with document units set to mm
  2. Add some text elements
  3. Change the Artboard dpi to 300 dpi
  4. Add the text objects as Assets to the Assets panel
  5. Drag the Assets back to the page
  6. The Assets are scaled based on the change in the Artboard dpi, i.e., ((300 - 72) / 72) x 100 = 316.67% | 50 pt + 316.67% = 208.335 pt
