Any body else with this problem? Does not stutter in other apps etc, just APub. Not sure where to report bugs. Mostly with text tool. Yes using latest version of windows and i9 and rtx2080ti Nvidia card latest drivers. Mouse seems sluggish in Aphoto as well. Have set mouse speed down. Rebooted etc. I think this is a bug.
