Where is a reference on this application?

Hello, new to Affinity.

 

I have no idea where any reference documentation is available for this application.

 

I click on Help in the Mac toolbar, and get (0) results.

 

Frustrating.

Is it Designer or Photo? Perhaps you have not enough free RAM. One solution could be to close other apps.

Affinity help works for me but as with most other apps, there is often a delay of up to 20 seconds or so before it opens in its own window. This seems to be an OS X thing, not an Affinity one.

 

Is help working for your other apps?

Hello, just trying to ascertain what the main issue is here, are you able to actually open the Help by going to Help - Affinity Photo/Designer Help? Everything about the apps is concisely documented so you should be able to find what you need.

 

If you're not getting search results, try opening the help and then using the search box in the help window rather than the one on the top menu - do you get any results from this?
