Dan C Posted June 18, 2024 Posted June 18, 2024 If you have a bug to report to the team for the retail versions of the Affinity apps, please use the below links to create your post in the relevant section of the Forums: V2 V2 Bugs on macOS V2 Bugs on Windows V2 Bugs on iPad V1 V1 Bugs on macOS V1 Bugs on Windows V1 Bugs on iPad Within your bug report, please include as much of the following as possible: What Application are you using? [Designer/Photo/Publisher] Are you using the latest release version? (You can check this here for V2 and here for V1) What is your operating system version (Windows 11, OSX Ventura, iOS 16 etc)? What happened for you, and/or what did you expect to happen? Does it happen for a new document? If not can you upload a document that shows the problem? Can you reproduce it? Did the app create a Crash Report? If so, please attach the crash report to your post. Is Hardware Acceleration or Metal (in Settings > Performance) enabled? If so, does this issue persist with the option disabled? Do you have any unusual hardware, like drawing tablets / external monitors / network drives that may affect the issue, or other relevant applications like font managers or display managers? Did the same thing used to work and if so have you changed anything recently? (software or hardware) If you cannot provide a sample document then please give an accurate description of the problem including a recipe (steps you took) for creating the problem - screenshots or a screen recording showing these steps or the reported issue can assist our team greatly. Please create a new thread for each reported issue, as reporting multiple issues within one thread makes it harder for our team to log and track these issues. If you have a bug to report for the beta versions of the Affinity apps, this needs to be done separately in the beta section of the Forums.
