Staff Callum Posted June 18 Staff Share Posted June 18 Hi MtnDave, This should be visible on the status bar towards the bottom of the app however its not currently visible. Please could you try hiding and showing the apps UI by hitting the Tab key to see if this makes it appear? Thanks C Quote Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP. walt.farrell
1 hour ago, Callum said: however its not currently visible It may not be visible simply because the Windows Task Bar is covering the bottom of the UI. Shrinking the application window, or hiding the Task Bar, should show it. bbrother
@MtnDave First of all, you need to enable word count first in Menu → View → Show Word Count. Then you would be able to see the word stats in the status bar. Next to the preflight icon. If you click on them a popup box wil show up with more specified stats. But as @walt.farrell suggested, the app view needs to be such that the status bar is visible. MtnDave
All - thanks for replies! My email notifications were spammed out by Virgin Media, hence only just seen them The status bar info was in fact hiding under the bottom of the Pages studio panel which was too deep - dragged it shorter. All the replies did help to arrive at this after a bit of fiddling around.
