Hi, I don’t know how I can see if a font is variable or not. I know how to find it when I use the font (APhoto V2,5 on iPad) but is there a way to see this before I choose the font? And another question: how can I add a new font into AP

@Ashcat With the text selected/highlighted tap to open the Text studio. Then tap the arrow to the right of Bold, Italic, then tap Variations to see if the installed font has any and adjust as required.

You can install fonts within the apps Settings > Fonts. If you plan to add a lot, I'd recommend using a font manager to handle them instead. There are different ones available to download from the App Store, I've used one called iFont in the past, but take a look for yourself at the ones that are available.

Thanks! I did find how to import the fonts! But how can I see at a font if it is a variable one or not before I choose one?
Does it has to be a ttf or an ort or something like that? I don’t want to fill my Fonts menu with lots of fonts.

Earlier, during the 1.5.0 Beta, I posted that the Font Managers on iPad (at least iFont) don't handle Variable Fonts.

Neither iFont nor AnyFont handles Variable Fonts.
