This problem arises when using the pen tool to draw a line segment, after modifying the length of the line segment, the position of the "transformation origin" shifts, affecting subsequent operations. Including: photo, designer and publisher.

Same on iPad.

Additional issue on iPad: the crosshair marker completely vanishes in some cases. It is still active if you rotate, but no longer visible. Makes it impossible to find / correct to normal if occours.

This isn't new to v2.5.0, it's already logged as a bug under AF-2183...
