Menus disappearing, making impossible to choose anything and use the software.

Sometimes this is happening across all the 3 apps. Shortcuts are working, but menus are unusable. I haven't figured out what it is related too or what causes it. After restarting all back to normal. Check attached video. Windows 11, latest version of Affinity.

Looks like a graphics card/driver issue to me.

Try updating your graphics card drivers.

If that doesn’t work, try switching Hardware Acceleration OFF in Settings / Performance.

If that doesn’t work then we will probably need more details about your set-up.

I thought so too but I am using lot of different programs and not a single one has that problem. Not Maya, not ZBrush, not Inskscape, not Davinci Resolve, not painstorm Studio, Krita.... etc...  So one would think GPU would cause problems in other software too. And also after restarting everything works fine...

I tried to turn off acceleration but preferences menu was unusable and then software crashes. Where can I find some crash reports?..

Other software might not use graphics cards in the same way as the Affinity applications.

The problem with the menus looks like issues caused by third-party software, usually ASUS Sonic / ASUS GPU Tweak III / MSI Nahimic, as mentioned here:

Thank you @walt.farrell! I do have, indeed ASUS GPU Tweak III installed. Turning it off restores functionality so it was this.
