Martin Davison
Hi, I have just downloaded the 2.4 update and when I started using it green dots appear as I am editing (hopefully my pictures have uploaded ok to see). They change as I edit using different tools. Has anyone had this and, if so, how was it fixed? Many Thanks Martin

Hangman
Hi @Martin Davison and welcome to the forums, There have been several reports of this issue since the v2.4.0 update and it has been logged as a bug under reference AF-2178. Could you upload a screenshot of your performance settings so the Moderation team can see which graphics card you're using as it appears as though the issue may be specific to certain graphics cards. As a possible workaround, try turning Hardware Acceleration off in the same Settings panel, reboot Affinity Photo, and then re-open your RAW file to see if that fixes the issue... Martin Davison
Unfortunately I don't seem to have an option for Hardware Acceleration (I have checked a few YouTube videos to locate this option). Also, the only graphics info I can find is Intel(R) UHF Graphics 620. The only option I have to turn on/off where the Hardware Acceleration should be is 'Optimisations for windowed games' which was already off. I use a All-in-One HP Desktop. Hope this is enough info but it's all I can find that relates. Thank you for both of your quick responses to my query. Martin Davison
I have found the Hardware Acceleration option in the Affinity settings. I've turned it off and, touch wood, I loaded up my images that had the issue originally and they seem to be fine 👍. Thank You again for replying to me so soon with my issue. Gradient_Phil
Something I would ask is if you took the RED pill or the BLUE pill? Sure seems like a Matix glitch! Brian_J 1 Quote Windows 10 Pro (Desktop). Affinity Photo, Designer, Publisher 1.9.
