Abtex
Hello, I have purchased a new Sony A6700 camera. When I open the raw files in Affinity Pro 2, I get a border around the right and bottom of this image. I believe this is because the software does not support the cameras raw file? If so, how long does it take for cameras to be added to the software? firstdefence
Affinity uses LibRaw: https://www.libraw.org/supported-cameras when your camera is added to LibRaw, Affinity will add it in an update/upgrade following the addition of your camera, please bear in mind this may not be an immediate update/upgrade. There are various posts regarding this on the forum. Staff Chris B Posted January 15 Staff Share Posted January 15 Hey Abtex, Could you attach a sample raw from the Sony A6700 please? We like to request files for currently unsupported cameras so we can carry out testing once we update LibRaw. Staff Chris B Posted January 16 Staff Share Posted January 16 Perfect - thanks. I've created a task and included the raw file for us to test once we get a LibRaw update.
