albertkinng Posted December 19, 2023 Share Posted December 19, 2023 I am having difficulty adding a rectangle as a background in Publisher. It appears to be impossible. I have checked the settings, but something seems to be amiss. The white background behind the text is preventing me from seeing what is behind it. There might be a bug causing this issue. This situation is quite frustrating. By selecting the text and accessing the Designer mode to apply a 'multiply' filter to the layer, I was able to make it work. However, it's clear that this issue requires a more permanent and comprehensive solution.
