System Palette Can't Be Deleted

I don't believe this issue is specific to the bug fix in the latest Beta 2.3.0.2119:

• Cannot delete Document or Application Palettes, option is greyed out or prompt does not show. [AF-1108]

In v1.10.6 and v2.1.1 it is possible to delete System Palettes from the Swatches Panel but In the current Beta, the option to Delete a System Palette is greyed out.

The only way to delete a System Palette in the current Beta is to delete it using v2.1.1 or v1.10.6.

To clarify, we think you should only be allowed to delete user-added System Preferences. Not the ones there by default from Apple.

I agree. Affinity shouldn't "mess" with system-wide parameters.

On Mac, you can always delete a system palette within Affinity via Window → Apple Color Picker.
You can even open the Apple Color Picker in any app you want by using this AppleScript one-liner: 

tell current application to choose color

(No idea how it works on Windows.)

The issue "[macOS] Unable to delete System Palettes on macOS" (REF: AF-1223) has been fixed by the developers in internal build "2.3.0.2150".
This fix should soon be available as a customer beta and is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
Customer beta builds are announced here and you can participate by following these instructions.
