Art board won't open on affinity designer (v2)

hello! im having a bit of an odd situation, when i try to open an art board it won't open even though this past week i havent had any issues with opening it, just now. 

It just says loading 1 document for ages and im unsure why this is? i do feel like i need to say that this file had a lot of large images that go "off" of the canvas (idk how to explain this so ill add an image as well) and maybe the art board is too heavy for my computer to handle? im not sure.

ty for the help! sorry if i posted this in the wrong tag or anything im very new! (and very stressed about this lol)

Can you upload the document to the forum?

To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. If any of "my" posts are wrong or appear to be total b*ll*cks they are the ones generated by the AI. If correct they were probably mine. I apologise for any mistakes made by my AI - I'm sure it will improve with time.

Not sure I can offer anything helpful here but thought I would just say that apart from me not having the Noto Sans Sauber Script font on my system your file opens just fine for me as far as I can tell with no delay.
Which OS are you on? And what version number of Affinity Designer?

It opens fine here (instantly) on Windows 11 also

The file also loads correctly for me.
It may help if you start Affinity Designer by holding down the CTRL key. A selection box will be displayed, leave the settings as they are and click on clear. This will reset some settings.

Then try whether the document is now loaded and displayed correctly,
