BugsJane
Since the 2.2.0 update I can not see evidence of text boxes and others. No corners appear. I can drag the item, but cannot see the text box to resize it. Toggle preview mode shows nothing when I toggle.
walt.farrell
Which application are you using, @BugsJane, and which OS? Can you provide a screen recording, or a screenshot (including the full application window and the Layers panel), please? BugsJane
Ventura 13.5.2 MAC OS I can't provide a photo because nothing will show up to help you. I click on a text box with the selector arrow. The text box will not show up. There are no corners to grab. I click again and the cursor appears. I can type, delete, and move the box, but I can not see the actual text box. The same goes for photos inserted. In the last half hour the program has been jumping on and off with the corners. Sometimes everything is normal and then it isn't. There is a BUG here with the new update!
walt.farrell
If you give a screenshot of the complete application window, with the Layers panel visible, there may be information that will help us explain it to you. thomaso
Does it help if you zoom in or out? There was a recent report about an invisible text frame bounding box below/above certain zoom levels. MikeTO
Zooming in or out might fix it as Thomaso suggested. If that doesn't do it, try switching to the Move tool and back to Frame Text or vice versa. Or switch documents or applications. These types of actions tend to reset it. Also, it's helpful to have View > Show Text Flow enabled although it's not actually necessary. BugsJane
The zoom feature may have been at fault for a while, but everything is back to normal now. Thanks for all of your input. I appreciate your willingness to help!!! walt.farrell
