I purchased Affinity Designer 2 from the Apple App store, but I bought a new mac and it won't register as it says it can't find my purchase on the store. I have a receipt.

I never made an Affinity account to login with.

What can I do? I have proof of purchase in an email from the App Store.

Thanks

Thanks for the tips.

Unfortunately, these did not help.

I turned off my VPN, tried to activate. Didn't work.

There is no My Account anywhere that I can see. I also checked Account Settings under my profile area here, but nothing about activation there either.

Any other advice?

Thank you

It's just Account in the V2 applications. You can find it in the upper-right of the window, where it's a round icon with a shape in it like a person. Or you can find toward the bottom of the icon stack on the left edge of the File > New dialog.

Thanks Walt.

I am on a Mac. There is no File menu. Maybe because I can't get past this activation pop-up at all.
