Thanks for the tips. Unfortunately, these did not help. I turned off my VPN, tried to activate. Didn't work. There is no My Account anywhere that I can see. I also checked Account Settings under my profile area here, but nothing about activation there either. Any other advice? Thank you

I purchased Affinity Designer 2 from the Apple App store, but I bought a new mac and it won't register as it says it can't find my purchase on the store. I have a receipt. I never made an Affinity account to login with. What can I do? I have proof of purchase in an email from the App Store. Thanks
