[AD 2.1.1.1847 + AD2.2.0.1881] Dragging a brush from the Brush Panel is failing

Recommended Posts

Hi
I am having trouble creating a sub-brush using drag and drop method from an existing category to the sub-brush panel. The brush just gets stuck a the edge of the Brush dynamics panel!

It works in 1.10 but not in 2.1 and 2.2

Added little video!

Thanks...!
FYI: I switched off: Auto-scroll | Auto-switch Category and Enable Associated Tools. but reactivating them did not have any effect. The brush set is new in 2.1 not an import from 1.10 or 2.0. The Category list is quite small in live version but more extensive in beta.

I also noticed last night that sometimes adding base textures can get 'stuck' i e when you delete it from a brush:
a. The red outline appears as edited
b. The Texture has not been removed and you have to repeat the process.

The issue "(Win) Cannot Drag-drop a brush from Brush panel into Sub Brushes" (REF: AFP-6284) has been fixed by the developers in internal build "2.2.0.1925".
This fix should soon be available as a customer beta and is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
Customer beta builds are announced here and you can participate by following these instructions.
If you still experience this problem once you are using that build version (or later) please reply to this thread including @Serif Info Bot to notify us.
