Mastropiero Posted July 4, 2023 Share Posted July 4, 2023 Hi everyone. I have been looking to see if there have been any other issues like mine reported, but I have failed to see any. I have just upgraded to V2 and the app won't open jpeg files. I have tried several, and I have tried them from different locations, always with the same result. Can it instead open other bitmap files (like PNGs), or at least then export as JPG correctly? Did you already tried an app uninstall and reinstall? All in all here more background information is neeeded in order to make some assumptions about that unusual behavior. Publisher won't open JPEGs, you can Place a JPEG. The new beta of Publisher will open them. Photo and Designer will open JPEGs. In any case, it is largely irrelevant since it has started to open every jpeg file nice and smoothly as soon as I quit the app and started it again. It seems to have been a minor glitch.
