jackamus Posted June 9, 2023 Posted June 9, 2023 I didn't finf the instruction all that helpful - explained the different ways to use the tool but not how to use the tool. I took a chance by selecting the tool, setting the size, clicked alt to select clone area of the background and then tried to remove the parts of the image I didn't want. It did one area but not the next and was very slow. I gave up. Not as easy as Photoshop was! What was I doing wrong? Quote If voting made any difference it wouldn't be allowed! The crosshair when you select a source will move parallel to your clone brush. For example if you select a source area near the edge of your image, the source could go off the image, which results in no source to be cloned. Don't give up on it, that tool is very powerful.
