Hello,

I'm a indie publisher from Brasil and I print books at home, using Publisher on Windows 11.

On Publisher version 2.0 is possible to select a range of pages from the document to create a booklet. For example 1-24 from a document of 120 pages, will create a booklet with 24|1, 2|23, 3|22, 4|21... etc. pages.

What is happening on the version 2.0.4 and 2.1 is that this function is not working properly. When I select to print a booklet of a document, and I put the pages 1-24 of a 120 pages document, it creates a booklet from the whole document (120|1, 2|119, 3|118, 4|117...etc.) and the range selected is the first 24 pages from this big booklet of the whole document.

I've been complaining about this since version 2.0.2  on Facebook messenger, the team said it was fixed on Beta version of 2.1 what is a lie.

Please fix it before lauching version 2.1.

Thank you.

Hi @Gustavo Reginato and welcome to the forums,

This is as you know a known bug which has previously been reported but unfortunately isn't fixed in the current 2.1.0 (1790) Beta...

A workaround is to export your 120 page document to a pdf file and then use Adobe Preview to print a booklet where selecting pages 1-24 will print the correct pages, 24|1, 2|23, 3|22, 4|21... etc.

Still waiting for this improvement on version 2.2 beta, I tried to explain on facebook chat, the team said it would be on version 2.2 beta and nothing happened. I'm still using verion 2.0 where this bug doesn't exist.

Hi @Gustavo Reginato,

The issue created for this is still open and has not been marked as being in 2.2. If it gets added it will first appear in a beta, but it's correct that it's not currently in 2.2 since the report is still open.

I'll bump the issue, but we can't say for certain if/when it will be added.
