corrupted file to fix

Recommended Posts

Hi Jportraits,

Please upload your file to the following link and I'll see what I can do, please note there is no guarantee we can fix a file once corrupted. Please could you also tell me the last edits you were making to the file and if it was saved locally or to a cloud drive etc? Any information you may be able to provide will go towards helping us prevent issues like this in the future.

Hi Jpportraits,

This is still with the dev team at the moment I'm afraid. If this file is time sensitive it may be worth just recreating the file as there is still a chance this file can't be recovered.

Thanks

Just for curiosity - was the damaged file saved on a local disk or external/cloud?
