Candidate snapping - hovering over an artboard does not add it to candidate list

In candidate list snapping mode, usually hovering over an item will add it to the list.

Not so with artboards - clicking an artboard seems to be the only way to add it to the snapping candidates list.

This has always been the case, so it is not a new bug in the Betas or even V2.

However, I agree that it is inconsistent with all other objects, and quite irritating!

Hi Rudantu,

I believe this behaviour is intentional. The same is true of Groups and Layers. Any type of 'container object' is ignored when it comes to the hover over for selecting candidates, instead it will only highlight individual objects.
