Hello everyone,

status-bar.jpg.05c9996b3fbfd4536e13c96b96cc3655.jpg

How to make the status bar reappear when it has disappeared at the bottom of the screen (Page Browser, Error Level, Help Message).

Thank you for your explanations.

Mais je vous le demande, peut-on imaginer une police sans sérifs ?

Does it reappear if you hit the Tab key

To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. If any of "my" posts are wrong or appear to be total b*ll*cks they are the ones generated by the AI. If correct they were probably mine. I apologise for any mistakes made by my AI - I'm sure it will improve with time.

You had to press the tab key twice.

The first time removed the whole interface, the second time made it reappear with the status bar.

I can’t reproduce the disappearance of the status bar alone.

That happens if you:

  1. Press Tab to hide the UI; then
  2. Restore all the other UI items individually from the View menu.

At that point, you will have everything except the Status Bar, which can only be shown/hidden using Tab (View > Toggle User Interface).

I didn't do that. I discovered the absence of a status bar this morning when I opened the software. Everything was normal when I turned off the software yesterday.

This sounds like a UI config issue. For example, I had a bug in which the Context Bar was shown where the Status Bar was and that was saved as part of my studio preset, so reverting to my saved preset just made the problem return. The reset studio command will solve problems this. I realize you may not want to do that since you have your panels saved the way you want. But if your studio panel preset is saved with a bad config, you need to either find a way to make it go away so you can re-save your preset or just use the Reset command.

I've had two more of these issues (transparent studio borders and left studio sized too narrow) saved into my presets since 2.0. I wish the presets were an editable format so I could just delete whatever is causing the problem.
