Improvements to reordering in the Styles panel.

For some reason, Serif forgot to add the ability to change the order of icons in the Styles panel.
You can create a new style icon, rename and delete it, but you can't manually move the mouse and arrange the order of the icons according to your needs.
The swiping mechanism is already used in the Pages panel and in the Assets panel.
So you just need to apply it in the Styles panel and add the ability to edit the existing Style.
